Room extension service
Normal check-out is at 10:00 AM, but it can be extended until 12:00 PM for an additional charge of 1,000 yen per room. Please be sure to contact us in advance as it may not be available.
Delay in arrival time
If you will arrive after 23:00, please be sure to call us. If you do not contact us, we will cancel your reservation.
Payment
we use a prepayment system, so please pay at check-in. We accept cash or a variety of credit cards. VISA, Master, JCB, NICOS, American Express, Diners
You can use PayPay, AirPay, and AU Pay.
Cancellation policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for canceling the day before your reservation, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for canceling on the day of your reservation. For group reservations and during busy seasons (Golden Week, Yosakoi period, etc.), please cancel one month in advance.
Accommodation for children
Children share the beds. There is an additional charge of 1,000 yen for preschoolers and 1,500 yen for elementary school children. Extra beds are not available. *The only amenities provided are towels and toothbrushes.

Parking

* Parking lots are on a first-come, first-served basis, so if the parking lot is full, we will inform you of nearby coin parking.
Parking lot extension service
The parking lot can be used for 700 yen per car from noon on one day until noon the next day, but if you park longer than that, an additional fee will be charged. Depends on availability.
Large vehicles
Regular vehicles are on a first-come, first-served basis, but large vehicles such as trucks and buses require reservations in advance. Please contact us. Prices may change depending on the size, and we may have to direct you to the Harimayabashi Tourist Bus Terminal.
Trouble in the parking lot
The hotel shall not be liable for any accidents or thefts in the parking lot.
Breakfast
7: 00-9: 00 (1F lobby) We will prepare freshly baked bread.
Freshly baked bread (6 types) Bananas, boiled eggs, coffee (American, espresso) tea, milk, orange juice, grapefruit juice *Salad is only available at 7 Days Plus.
Front desk service
Taxi calls, courier reception, cleaning (if brought by 10:00 AM, it will be finished that evening), copy machine / fax service (for a charge), etc.

We can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

One-size-fits-all sized pajamas are available in each room, but 3L size is also available, so please let us know in advance if you need it. (There are no pajamas for children.)
Damage in the hotel
If the equipment in the hotel is dirty, damaged or lost, you will be charged, regardless of it being intentional or due to negligence.
Bicycle rental
You can rent a bicycle for one day for 500 yen per unit. Please let us know in advance since the number is limited.
